Scott Kenley
Partner / Head of Operations

Owner Scott Kenley has over fifteen years of green industry experience. He is a member of the International Society of Arboriculture, Texas Turfgrass Association, and is a Licensed Irrigation Specialist. Scott began his career by mowing lawns in is young years. For the past 20 years he’s gained valuable hands-on field experience in all facets of the green industry.

Mike Teal
Registered Landscape Architect

Mike has been a Registered Landscape Architect for over 10 years. He received his Master of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture. Mike has vast experience in all aspects of the commercial and residential landscaping industry. He also has experience in lecturing and research at Texas A&M. Mike teams with The Ground Crew to provide expert landscape design and planning.
